Wait Times in Canada (2014)

Changes in wait times across Canada over the past year (2013-2014), by province, as reported by the Wait Time Alliance

Bars indicate the percentage of the five procedures (for which pan-Canadian wait-time benchmarks agreed to by the provinces exist) that saw a decrease, increase or no change in wait times this spring over the same period last year (2013). These procedures include Joint Replacement (Hip and Knee), Radiation Therapy, Cataract Surgery, and Coronary Artery Bypass Graft.

These bars have been calculated by using the percentage of green, yellow and red boxes in the upper portion of Table 1 of the 2014 Wait Time Alliance Report Card. For more information, please refer to the 2014 WTA Report Card.
